LCD/TFT MONITORS LED PANELS
Vertex proposes a large range of monitors: available in industrial chassis version, open frame, rack, panel-mount or desktop. Multiscan models, analog and TTL, with HD15, DB9, BNC, HE10, HE16, scart... connectors.
Resistive touch screen, capacitive, IR, projected capacity, multitouch. High luminosity monitors for daylight using, with IP65 / IP67 protection. We use many kind of TFT panels: CCFL back light, LED back light, transflective; of brands as AUO, NEC, SHARP, LG Philips, Toshiba and others. All of our monitors are assembled by us with the opportunity to customize the product for customer needs. We offer customization of LCD monitors and LED panels even from small series to fit the expectations and needs of each client.
UNIVERSAL NC
The central unit in compact version is a CNC based on a PC that has a Compact Flash Memory 1 GB. Available with LCD color monitor 8,4 '' and 10,4''. USB plug on the front bezel. This system allows to control 4 axes (linear interpolation, circular, helicoidal), and the spindle axis as well (speed and positioning control). There are 20 digital exits, 2 entries and 2 analogical exits, 3 PWM exits, 5 differential encoding entries, Ethernet port, CAN bus; all of it in one extremly simple and compact solution. The keyboard includes all basic fonctions for managing: Jog keys, "spindle" and "spindle speed" override potentiometer and a range selector for precision movements. No external input can access the functions of these keys. Direct connection from the suitable and expandable handwheel via "plug and play" connector. A emergency stop button with double contact is available on the panel.SERVICES

Our technical expertise and skill, supported by a large warehouse of remanufactured parts, allows us to provide all spare parts (Siemens, Simatic, Bosch, Indramat, Heidenhain, Fanuc, etc. ..) in a short period of time, at reasonable prices.
